Yes, all our sample decants are clearly labelled and affixed to the atomisers.
Once payment is made:
> Orders are processed and carefully packed within 2- 3 days
> An Australia Post tracking number is assigned
> Lodgements are made via Australia Post Monday-Friday
Australia Post deliveries, generally take 2-10 working days nation wide,
not including: weekends, public holidays or unforseen circumstances affecting deliveries.
All postage costs are calculated based on decant sample sizes, quantity and atomizer type eg. Glass or plastic.

In the rare case an order does not arrive within 14 days the following steps are taken:
> We will lodge a missing parcel investigation with Australia Post
> Australia Post will re-direct parcel to the correct address or
> Australia Post will refund Oz Fragrances the cost of the missing parcel
> Oz Fragrances will then refund the customer or re-send the original order
