Shipping & Handling Time
Order processing time is 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday via Australia post . However, if there is any delay expected with your order we will contact you through email and/or phone.
Once your order has been posted, you will receive a postage confirmation email with a tracking number. To avoid missing out on the order confirmation email, please make sure you entered a correct email address. (You may need to check your spam box)
Currently only shipping within Australia. We are not able to accept international orders at this time.
Orders under $99 value are charged a low postage fee and any orders over $99 value will be sent FREE Postage and will usually take 2-6 business days depending on postal zones. Any parcels that take longer than 14 days please contact us and we will open an investigation with Australia post on your behalf.
The delivery process totally depends on Australia post. We can not affect or speed up the delivery process. Unfortunately we can not offer express postage as an option due to postal restriction policies.
Unexpected delays may happen during the postage process, especially for holidays or due to the high volume of postage. Please, take this into consideration.
Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with Oz Fragrances, you will receive an e-mail that contains information regarding the details of your order. Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number. Please, make sure that you provided us with a correct email address.
Note: Sometimes, order confirmation email goes to spam, junk or promotional folder. So, please check those folders if you couldn't find your confirmation email.
Damaged or defective item
A damaged item is considered to be a broken product that is unusable, clearly fractured, shattered, leaked, bent (if not bendable), crushed, etc.
Oz Fragrances requires further evidence of the customer’s damaged item as pictures, videos, etc.
Order issues for damaged products must be reported within 7 days after the “delivery date”.
Delivered but stolen or missing package
Order issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received are considered by Oz Fragrances as stolen and must be filed 3 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 5 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or easily found around the premises in a safe place.
At our discretion, Oz Fragrances requires evidence of a police report when the customer’s package is marked as delivered but to be stolen.
Customer files the police report and includes an explanation that a package has been stolen. To process the order issue with Oz Fragrances, Oz Fragrances is requiring a police report. We only need you to send us a copy of the full police report PDF and case number and phone number of the suburb that you filed at.
Upon request, Oz Fragrances can require additional documentation (e.g. proof of identity, address, etc.).
Note: A false police report may be charged as a misdemeanor or a criminal offence.
We guarantee the authenticity of our products. All our products are 100% authentic! But we can not guarantee that you will like them. Tastes are different. Decanted fragrances cannot be returned to their original bottles. Therefore we do not accept any returns and offer no refunds.
Please, ask all questions before buying as All Sales Are Final. Returns Not Accepted!
This page has explained our perfume store "Oz Fragrances" shipping & returns policy. In the event your perfume samples get damaged or in the very rare instance that you receive the wrong fragrance or there is a manufacturer fault with a bottle, we will refund you or resend the correct order again.
