A little bit green, a little bit gourmand... in classic Zoologist fashion, Rabbit defies both expectation and categorization. Opening leafy notes are dusted with a sprinkling of cinnamon and fresh apple slices. It wouldn't be an homage to the rabbit without clover and carrot notes, and sure enough, both emerge in the heart -- but, thanks to warm and comforting notes of biscuit, almond and vanilla, this carrot smells more like carrot cake than one pulled from the soil. Subtly earthy base notes of hay, musks and patchouli give Rabbit a grounded, soothing quality: a country kitchen, something sweet in the oven, windows wide open to let in the afternoon sunlight and cool spring air.
